Retrieve the details of an app's collaborator.

GET /api/apps/:app_id/collaborators/:user_id

Add an existing user to the app's collaborators list.

Edit collaborator's role.

PUT /api/apps/:app_id/collaborators/:user_id

Remove a collaborator from app.
